General Information This years Teams Team Entry Form 1.The entry fee is $1,800.00 (U.S. Funds) per team. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express , Discover and personal checks. A non refundable deposit of $900.00 is required with the team entry form beginning Monday December 3, 2008. The deadline for the deposit and entry form is Tuesday, January 15, 2008. Checks are to be made out to: Snoopy’s Senior World Hockey Tournament .The remainder of the entry fee is due by March 15, 2008. If a team is not accepted the deposit shall be returned. If a team drops from the tournament after March 15, 2008, there will be no refund. 2.Team entry forms may be mailed, faxed, emailed, or filled out on-line.
After downloading the form you may use a word processor to fill out the
RTF form then print and mail or fax. You may also attach the completed
form to an email. Adobe Acrobat forms can only be printed and filled out

after April 15, 2008 between 10 am and 6 pm Pacific Time. Team information 1. A blank team player roster form will be posted on the web site Tuesday, April 15, 2008. Please fill out player’s age, name, position, number, and jacket size. On the bottom of the roster form, please include the number of people accompanying your team (i.e. wives, children) who plan to attend the barbecue on Wednesday, July 16, 2008. A preliminary roster is due by Thursday, May 15th, 2008. Download the Team Roster form as a PDF file here. 2.Teams that participated last year may contact Nancy Bice via email at nancy@snoopygift.com or call (800) 959-3385 to see if their previous team picture may be used. New teams or teams with different players must email a team photo in a JPEG or TIFF file to Nancy at the above email address. Those who do not have access to the internet should mail a 5” x 7” team photo to Snoopy’s Senior World Hockey, Nancy Bice at the address above.
Team requirements 1.Team and all associated personnel must be of amateur status. 2.All teams must be properly uniformed and full protective equipment must be worn, including helmets. 3.Teams will be limited to a maximum of 17 players which may include, Coach and Assistant Coach. This year there is a mandatory minimum of 12 players which does not include coaches etc. 4.Players are allowed to play on only one team. Goalies may be excluded from this rule with special permission from the tournament coordinator and Monte Schulz. 5.The Coach should bring proof of age of each player, in the event it is requested. 6.Age Groups are as follows: 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 70 and over. The youngest player on a team determines the team’s age group. Age eligibility date is the calendar year. All goal tenders have to be at least 40 years of age in the 40 and 50 age groups. Goal tenders must be at least 50 years of age in the 60 and 65 age group and 60 years of age in the70 and up age groups. 7.Coach and/or Managers Meeting , Sunday July 13, 2008. Time to be announced. Game, Schedule and Tournament Information Ice Surface 185 x 85. Playing rules will be modified NHL. No body checking. No slap shots. All teams will play AT LEAST three games. Three to four day schedule available for teams. 40 to 50 age group have priority. The RED LINE will be eliminated. Overtime play will be three on three. The game schedule will be available by Tuesday, May 13, 2008. It shall be posted
on the internet or you may call 800-959-3385 or 707-546-3385. Please note the game schedule
may be subject to change , the teams affected shall be contacted. Awards Championship trophies awarded to the First Place Teams. Individual player medals awarded to the first three (3) places within each age group. Participation gifts given to each entrant. Motels/Lodges/Camping Due to several events taking place in the Sonoma County area during the month of July, please contact hotels as soon as possible. Please Note: NO CAMPING IN THE CHARLES M. SCHULZ MUSEUM PARKING LOT. This includes RV's, Tents, Tent Trailers, etc. San Francisco and/or Oakland Airports are destination points for teams
arriving by air.
